Parent Partnership

Welcome to the Partnership web pages, this first page will explain how the Partnership was formed, what its aims are, how it helps the school and pupils, how parents can become more involved in school activities and how parents can use the Partnership to express their hopes and expectations of their children.

The Partnership was formed by amalgamating the School Board and the Parent Teachers Association to form the Parent Partnership, this enabled one organisation to form between the school and the parents eliminating any duplication and involving parents in all aspects of the school activites.

The Partnerships aims are to work with the school to create a welcoming school which is open to all parents.

To promote a partnership between the school, its pupils and parents.

To develop and engage in activities which support the education and welfare of the pupils.

To identify and represent the views of parents on the education provided by the school and other matters affecting the education and welfare of the pupils
