A new payment system has been introduced to pay online for various items including school meals and activities days.  This system is developing and more items will be added. This system is called iPayImpact.  Any funds that you add to your account are immediately available for your child.  The service is available 24/7 from any internet enabled device and you are able to see the current balance on the account, top up funds and view transactions and a meal history.

Before you can link your child's account you must register.  Please see below how to do this:

1.  Visit www.moray.gov.uk/schoolpayments and select 'make a payment'.

2.  If you're already registered on myaccount select 'sign-in' and log in with your details (go to step 6).

3.  If you haven't registered follow the simple registration process.  Once you've registered and provided information, you'll be sent two emails - one with a username and one with a password.

4.  To activate your account, you need to click the link sent in the email to verify your credentials.  Now you can log in.

5.  Once you've logged in you'll be prompted to change your password.  Now you can select 'make a payment'.

6.  You're now in iPayImpact, enter your Child Account Ref (available from the school office) and select 'find account and establishment' and select your child's name.

7.  Once you've successfully added the first reference number you can add accounts for your other children.

8.  To add a child, go to the homepage then 'link account'.

Making a payment

1.  Log into the system by visiting www.moray.gov.uk/schoolpayments (it's a good idea to bookmark this page for future reference).

2.  Select 'make a payment' and login using your myaccount sign-in details.

3.  Once on the homepage under the relevant section, enter the funds you want to credit to your child's account then select 'add to  basket'.

4.  Proceed to checkout and you'll be directed to the secure payment system.

5.  Enter your card details.  You will receive an email receipt once complete.
