BGE Wider Achievement - Level 5 Barista Skills

Runs for a double period every week. Pupils learn how to make a variety of hot and cold drinks and assist with some of the schools hospitality events

Senior S4/5/6 National 5 Practical Cookery

In National 5 PC, pupils learn to work under pressure to prepare 2 and 3 course menus in a limited time. Through research and activities we grasp a good knowledge of ingredients, health, hygiene and safety, time planning and costing ingredients.

Open door policy - Lunchtime and after-school study support sessions available as and when required.
