From Tuesday 20th to Thursday 22nd August, 15 of our S4 and S5 pupils, who are graduates of the Columba 1400 leadership academy, joined five members of LHS staff for Train the Trainer sessions, facilitated by Zoe and Leah from Columba 1400.

Over the three days, we revisited our experiences from our previous Leadership Academies on Skye in 2021 and 2022 and were trained in how to plan for and facilitate a Young People's Leadership Academy with our next cohort of Lossiemouth High School pupils from the current S2 which will take place later this term.

Lots more planning will be undertaken over the next five weeks by the LHS Columba 1400 team before the Leadership Academy during the final week of this term with 14 S2 pupils.
