Modern Languages

We teach German, French and Spanish. All S1 students have to choose between German and French and carry on with their chosen language. In 2007 we started offering Intermediate 2 instead of Standard Grade for S3 credit pupils, taking their exams at the end of S4. Spanish is offered in S5/S6 as well as an intensive Intermediate 2 course and Higher. In 2008 Spanish was offered to all S1 pupils as an elective subject and Miss Munso has given the option to the new S3 to do Intermediate 2 Spanish
