Intermediate 1 Hospitality - 3 periods per week, predominantly practical cookery

Grade Home Economics - 3 periods per week, practical cookery every week in the double period

Lifestyle & Consumer Technology (Childcare) - 3 periods per week

Hospitality: Skills For Work - in conjunction with Moray College, 1 afternoon per week at college, 1 period per week in the HE department

Intermediate 2 Hospitality -
5 periods per week, 4 practical cookery, 1 theory

Higher Health & Food Technology - 5 periods per week

Intermediate 2 Creative Cake Production - 4 periods per week
